We want you to love your Alaluma bag. If something isn't right, here is how we handle it.

Free Returns — 30 Days
Return any unworn, undamaged bag within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us at hello@alaluma.com to start a return. We will send a prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges
Want a different color or style? We are happy to exchange within 30 days. Contact us and we will get it sorted.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your bag arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or issue a full refund — your choice.

Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
